Prepared for Ambitious Entertainment LLC

A social worldbuilt aroundyour stories.

Social management & vertical series distribution. Prepared for Ambitious Entertainment LLC / Ambitious TV — optional brand extension: Seraphim Studios LLC / TheSeraphimStudios. October 2, 2026 · Proposed monthly retainers in USD.

01 Who YDG WRLD is

An embedded team, not an outside vendor.

YDG WRLD is an all-female, in-house social media management and creative direction agency. We build the social worlds surrounding artists, entertainment projects and the businesses behind them, connecting strategy, content, distribution and community into one consistent brand presence.

Our approach feels like an embedded team. We translate a project's identity into how it appears online, what it says, how it engages and how audiences move from discovering a piece of content to following the larger story.

Our work spans entertainment, beauty, lifestyle and culture, including fashion-week activations and livestream productions.

02 The opportunity

Original content deserves an active social ecosystem.

Ambitious TV brings the original content and production expertise. YDG WRLD provides the strategy and daily execution that turn that content into an active social ecosystem: planned series rollouts, coordinated publishing, audience conversation and practical feedback for the next production cycle.

The partnership is designed around client-supplied footage and finished assets. A central content workflow supports five platforms while preserving a consistent personality. The higher tier adds scheduled on-set BTS capture to strengthen the connection between the series, its talent and its audience.

Two ways to work together: $5,000 per month — Distribution & Community Management, one brand, five platform accounts, light social clipping, rollout planning and daily page care. Or $8,000 per month — Distribution, Community & BTS Support, the same five-platform scope with expanded social edits and one monthly BTS capture session. Both support a consistent four-post-per-week cadence per platform.

03 The system

One brand.
Five platforms.
A clear scope.

Ambitious TV / Ambitious Entertainment LLC receives one account each on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and Threads. Exact handles and access are confirmed at onboarding. TheSeraphimStudios / Seraphim Studios LLC is an additional Instagram brand account — an optional add-on, excluded from the base $5K and $8K retainers.

A platform account is one profile. Five Ambitious TV profiles represent one brand distributed across five platforms. A separate studio profile requires its own voice, approvals, community and reporting, even when ownership overlaps.

Posting volume

Each week: 4 publishing placements per platform, 20 across five platforms. A four-week planning cycle holds 16 placements per platform and 80 in total; an average calendar month lands at approximately 17.3 per platform and 86.7 overall. Actual calendar-month totals follow the agreed weekly schedule and selected posting days. The four-week figure is a planning reference, not a promise of 80 unique productions — most core assets are reused with platform-specific captions, hooks, covers or text adaptations. A Threads post may be a discussion prompt derived from a clip; Snapchat may use a suitable Spotlight or public-profile format, subject to account access.

An efficient distribution model

YDG WRLD maintains one master calendar and one approved asset bank. The team adapts four core weekly content beats for each channel. This keeps production requests focused and avoids five independent creative pipelines. Unique series concepts, finished episodes and complex edits remain client-supplied; included YDG edits are short social extracts and supporting assets.

Flexible release windows

When a premiere or release needs daily posting, YDG WRLD proposes a temporary calendar change. We can concentrate placements on priority channels and reduce frequency elsewhere while maintaining the agreed total workload. Additional placements, edits, live coverage or overlapping releases beyond that allocation are quoted before execution. Frequency changes require client approval.

04 Two ways to work together

Choose the level of creative support.

Tier 01
$5,000/ month

Distribution & Community Management

Built for a production team supplying footage and finished content that needs organized rollout execution and ongoing audience development.

  • Five-platform management: Ambitious TV on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts and Threads; four posts per week per platform using the shared content workflow.
  • Daily community allocation: minimum 1.5 combined team hours per day across all five accounts, seven days per week — approximately 45 hours in a 30-day month, divided across three daily check-in windows. Covers page checks, moderation, comment/DM engagement and community prompts; strategy, editing and publishing sit outside this allocation.
  • Light clipping: up to two short social clips per week, capped at eight unique clips per calendar month. Each clip up to 60 seconds from client-selected footage or timecoded scenes, with a simple hook, trim, basic captions and a vertical export. One consolidated revision round per batch; platform versions of the same clip do not count as new unique clips.
  • Supporting content: up to eight simple branded story frames and two template-based flyer or announcement adaptations per calendar month, additional to the core posting cadence.
  • On-set content planning: one monthly shot-plan document with up to eight practical BTS prompts — suggested hooks, moments to capture and where each asset fits in the rollout. The client captures and supplies the footage.
  • Series rollouts: strategy and calendar execution for up to two active vertical series per month, including pre-release, release and post-release messaging. A heavier slate is scoped separately.
  • UGC and community: one monthly audience participation brief, approval workflow and repost selection, up to four supplied UGC asset reviews per month, plus setup and management of one platform-native community space where account features permit.
  • Reporting: weekly written signal update, one monthly performance report and one 45-minute strategy review. Organic and paid traffic recommendations included; ad buying is separate.

Production boundaries

The client supplies finished series assets, clean exports, approved selects or timecoded footage, titles and release dates. The retainer excludes on-site shooting, full episode editing, long-form footage logging, complex graphics, animation, heavy retouching and standalone original productions. Extra calendar weeks are filled with client-supplied assets or approved reuse once the monthly clip allowance is reached.

What stays consistent

The base scope remains one Ambitious TV brand across five platforms, four posts per week per platform and up to two active series per month within the agreed allocations. The $8K tier increases content support and daily community capacity; it does not automatically add Seraphim Studios or increase the number of managed brands.

Scheduling the capture session

Production dates are booked at least seven days ahead, subject to team availability. A canceled or rescheduled shoot requires at least 48 hours' notice. Replacement dates are agreed within the same month where possible; unused capture sessions and asset allowances do not automatically roll over.

05 Daily presence

Daily presence.
A living brand personality.

The partnership combines daily page care with weekly planning, publishing preparation, clipping, approval management and performance analysis. Daily community hours are a defined working allocation across the accounts, not a timer attached to each profile. Check-in windows are agreed around audience activity and production needs.

01

Check & moderate

Review comments, mentions, tagged posts and DMs; filter spam; flag sensitive issues; check recent posts and scheduled releases.

02

Engage & respond

Reply in the approved brand voice, acknowledge recurring viewers, respond to relevant questions and sustain conversations around characters and episodes.

03

Build participation

Use polls, questions, conversation prompts, pinned comments and suitable community-channel updates to give audiences a reason to return.

04

Observe & act

Identify repeated questions, strong audience reactions and emerging themes; feed those observations into the next calendar and shot plan.

Communication and coverage

The client can send requests at any time through one shared working channel. YDG WRLD monitors pages daily, including weekends, with a primary contact and backup coverage. Routine client requests are acknowledged within one business day. Time-sensitive release issues are handled during agreed coverage windows; evening launches or live coverage are scheduled in advance. Daily checks do not represent continuous 24-hour staffing.

A dedicated shared task log tracks requests, approvals, production needs and escalation items. Complex customer-service issues, contractual questions, cast disputes, legal claims and crisis statements go to the designated client contact before a substantive response. Basic moderation follows a pre-approved response guide.

Keeping the personality alive

At kickoff, we define the brand voice, recurring language, humor boundaries, spoiler rules and how each series connects to Ambitious TV. Replies should feel like the same world as the content. Cast prompts, character debates and audience callbacks can become recurring community formats rather than isolated promotional posts.

Community spaces

We set up one native community space if supported by the account, such as an Instagram broadcast channel. Its purpose is to reward returning viewers with release reminders, approved sneak peeks and questions. If the feature is unavailable, we use an equivalent recurring story or comment format. Separate Discord operations or additional community hubs require an added scope.

06 Rollout strategy

Growth through a connected series rollout.

Our working hypothesis is that a clear story hook attracts new viewers, an unresolved question encourages return visits and active conversation gives viewers a reason to follow the brand. We test that hypothesis against the account's actual performance. We assess the starting audience, content library, release slate and available metrics before selecting formats and timing.

01 · Before release

Build recognition and curiosity

Introduce the premise, characters and emotional stakes through approved teasers and BTS. Keep each post focused on one clear reason to watch. Use questions, scene excerpts and recurring character introductions to connect posts, with consistent series naming and a clear premiere destination. Coordinate cast and collaborator amplification where relationships and permissions already exist.

02 · During release

Turn attention into viewing

Publish the strongest spoiler-safe hook around the episode launch, make the viewing destination easy to find and reinforce the release through stories and community updates. Pair the main excerpt with a discussion prompt or cast reaction. Prioritize the platforms showing the strongest discovery or viewing signals rather than increasing volume indiscriminately.

03 · After release

Extend the conversation

Use audience reactions, alternate scene extracts, BTS context and permission-cleared UGC to keep the episode relevant. Bring viewers back through the next narrative question. Feed repeated comments and character interest into future promotional concepts and the next set's capture plan.

How we grow eyes on the brand

  • Discovery: test opening lines, scene selection, covers, searchable titles and shareable story moments. Use relevant tags and collaborator posts where suitable.
  • Conversion: keep bios, pinned content, series introductions and destination links clear so a new viewer understands the brand and the next action.
  • Return visits: build repeatable series formats, regular release expectations and audience participation around characters and storylines.

How we readjust

Each week, we compare like-for-like formats and identify what to keep, revise or pause. For example, strong reach with weak profile or viewing action suggests testing the call to action; a weak opening suggests changing the hook; strong shares and character comments suggest extending that theme. Each monthly review updates the next calendar and shot plan. Growth targets are set after baseline access and are evaluated as goals, not guaranteed outcomes.

07 Approvals, UGC & signals

Approvals, UGC and performance signals.

01

Supply

The client uploads approved assets, timecodes, release details, cast tags and spoiler restrictions to the shared asset bank at least seven days before planned publishing. Each series has one designated client approver.

02

Plan

YDG WRLD submits the weekly calendar at least three business days before its first scheduled post, showing platform, asset, caption or prompt, date, release purpose and destination link. The monthly rollout map establishes the broader sequence.

03

Approve

The client returns one consolidated feedback round within two business days. YDG updates the calendar and records final approval. Silence is not approval. Late assets or approval may shift posting dates; pre-approved evergreen assets can be substituted when authorized.

04

Publish & learn

YDG schedules or manually publishes approved content, checks it after release and carries audience signals into the next plan. Release dates, spoilers, new claims and material asset changes require renewed approval. Rush requests are assessed against capacity.

UGC strategy and approval

The monthly brief defines one participation idea, such as reactions, character debates or a scene-response format. We specify the prompt, submission route, series tags, creative boundaries and shortlist criteria. The client approves the brief before launch. YDG reviews submissions within the tier allowance, documents creator permission and submits selected assets for client sign-off before reposting.

Organic UGC participation is included. Paid creator sourcing, contracting, creator fees and guaranteed submission volumes are separate. Paid usage of UGC requires explicit permission covering the proposed use; an organic repost approval alone is insufficient.

Signal reporting: what works and why

  • Discovery: reach, non-follower exposure, views and profile visits where available.
  • Content quality: opening retention, average watch time, completion, shares and saves where available.
  • Community & action: comment themes, repeat participation, follower change, link clicks and attributable viewing actions where measurable.

Weekly updates identify the strongest signals, the likely creative reason and the next test. Monthly reports compare formats and series, separate organic from paid results where data permits, and document decisions. We treat explanations as hypotheses unless supported by repeated evidence. Attribution depends on available platform metrics, client access and approved tracking links.

08 Organic & paid

Organic momentum.
Paid support when justified.

Organic media priorities

Organic management is included in both retainers. We first improve content selection, hooks, release sequencing, page presentation and community response. The aim is to identify assets that consistently attract the right viewers and support the desired next action. Follower growth alone does not determine success; qualified attention and series interest also matter.

Paid traffic recommendations

YDG WRLD provides recommendations on whether paid support is warranted, which asset to test, the objective, audience hypothesis, destination and an indicative budget for client approval. The decision depends on organic signals, the release window and whether the viewing destination and tracking are ready. Paid promotion can support a strong asset or a defined launch objective; it should not be treated as a substitute for a clear story.

Ad spend, campaign setup, media buying, ongoing optimization, tracking implementation and paid creator costs are excluded from the base retainers. These can be scoped separately after the client selects an objective and budget. No spend is placed without written client approval.

09 First month

The first month, week by week.

Week 01

Foundation

Secure access, audit pages and content, record baseline metrics, define voice and moderation rules, confirm release slate and approvers.

Week 02

Launch the system

Approve the first calendar, organize asset batches, begin the agreed cadence and daily engagement, introduce recurring community prompts.

Week 03

Test & adjust

Assess early signals, revise hooks and sequencing, review UGC and identify missing production assets. Schedule Tier 2 capture as available.

Week 04

Review & plan

Deliver the first report, agree the next tests and rollout calendar, and update the next month's shot plan.

What the client provides

Secure account access, existing brand assets, approved content and music permissions, production/release information, cast participation permissions, one approval lead and timely feedback. Full posting begins once usable assets and approvals are available. Where platform access or native features limit scheduling, the team agrees an alternative publishing workflow.

A continuous working cycle

Planning, publication, engagement and analysis remain connected throughout the month. We use audience response to shape distribution decisions and future capture requests, keeping the next rollout grounded in what viewers actually respond to.

10 Optional brand extension

Seraphim Studios LLC / TheSeraphimStudios

Add another brand with a defined scope.

Seraphim Studios is an optional Instagram extension. Choose a simple studio presence or a separately active brand page. These proposed add-on fees apply to either base tier. Both add-ons use supplied assets or assets already included in the base edit allowance. Separate original edits, capture sessions, UGC campaigns and studio-specific series rollouts require an additional scope. One consolidated approval round is included; the studio's designated approver signs off on its own content.

Studio presence+$750

2 Instagram feed posts per week from approved existing assets; minimum 4 simple story frames per month; one daily moderation check, minimum 15 minutes per day; shared calendar and brief report section.

Active studio management+$1,500

4 Instagram feed posts per week; minimum 8 simple story frames per month; minimum 30 minutes of community care per day across two checks; distinct brand voice, calendar section and performance report section.

Combined investment

  • $5,000 base management → $5,750 / month with studio presence, $6,500 / month with active studio management.
  • $8,000 base with BTS → $8,750 / month with studio presence, $9,500 / month with active studio management.

Active studio management adds four placements per week, bringing the combined schedule to 24 weekly placements, or 96 in a four-week cycle. Studio presence adds two weekly placements, bringing the total to 22 per week, or 88 in a four-week cycle. These are publishing placements, with eligible assets reused where appropriate.

Further expansion

For another platform belonging to the same brand, or a new brand requiring several platforms, YDG WRLD prepares a separate scope based on publishing cadence, content supply, approvals and daily engagement requirements. New profiles are not automatically included because they share an owner.

12 Next step

Let's build the world around your next story.

Monthly retainers are payable in advance. A three-month initial engagement is proposed to establish the workflow and evaluate performance, followed by month-to-month renewal with 30 days' written notice. Final scope, start date, fees and operating terms are confirmed in the service agreement. Any out-of-scope work is priced and approved in writing before it begins.

Selection: confirm the $5K or $8K base tier, whether a Seraphim Studios option is needed, and the upcoming release slate. YDG WRLD then finalizes onboarding, access, approval ownership and the first rollout calendar.
